A grounding ritual for those feeling emotionally tired, energetically heavy, and ready to retun to themselves more fully.

Using Reiki, intuitive sensing, and nature-infused energy work, I’ll guide you through a clearing of the seven primary chakras - unblocking stagnent energy, and awakening what’s ready.

You'll be gently anchored into the earth beneath you, whilst creasting space above the crown for lightness and expansion... allowing your natural essence to soften back into harmony between root and sky.

Many feel a sense of relief, lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to themselves afterwards.
