About Jemma

I have read aura colours and connected with the energies of nature and the people around me since childhood, but like many with such gifts, I learned early that society frowned upon such traits. They were seen as "weird" and unacceptable in the modern world, and so I carelessly cast them aside, replacing them with everything I was told would bring happiness.
It wasn't until two lost and unfulfilling decades later - when I began a personal growth journey of unearthing my soul truth - that I was reacquainted with the gifts I was born with. Energy reading rose back to the surface, luminous and insistent, braided through with my spiritual, mindfulness connection to nature and her seasons.

Like the blending colours of the Heart Chakra, my aura and nature are an embellished union of pink and green energies.
Giving and receiving.
A union of Earth and Essence.

The verdant landscape of my Celtic Welsh homeland merges with the unconditional love of my wild essence — a rhythmic carnal rumba, where waking fertile land unifies with the tender, nurturing hands of Earth Mother and Wild Woman.

By the time I embarked on my Reiki journey in the Autumn of 2024, my authentic expression of energy reading was already deeply embedded in my consciousness, and I took to the training as effortlessly as breathing.​​​
​
Having lived with chronic illness since childhood, I carry an empathetic heart and a listening ear. I know the quiet ache of being misunderstood, the loneliness of abandonment, and the slow labour of rebuilding self-esteem and confidence.
These experiences softened me, shaped me, and root me in a gentle curiosity, a compassionate warmth that holds you in the knowing: you are enough.

Guided by my innate callings, my path has also led me through Mindfulness and Nature Mindfulness studies, as well as Peer Support training and into volunteer work with the mental health charity MIND. These encounters deepened my understanding of grief, struggle, and resilience.
They taught me the art of deep listening, the importance of safe boundaries, and how to hold presence with integrity, allowing emotions to be received and honoured.
