Join me in a secluded and private space, nestled within the picturesque fields in

Llannon, Carmarthenshire.

This is a 1-hour outdoor Reiki experience.

 

Your treatment will start from the moment you enter the field, as you leave behind the stress and tension of day-to-day life. Together we will take a gentle walk overlooking expansive views of the distant mountains, and if you're lucky you might catch sight of grazing cows along the way.

We'll settle beneath the shade of a grand ash tree, held by the land and the quiet presence of the natural world around you. I will guide you through a short meditative reading, deepening your connection to the meadow and inviting your body into a calm and receptive state before your Reiki begins.

Your Reiki treatment flows in rhythm with both your body and the surrounding landscape - a beautiful blend of intuitive energy work and the steady, grounding presence of nature.
 

For some, this becomes a space to release emotion or long-held tension. For others, it’s simply a moment to rest, soften, and return to themselves.

 

Please note: As this is a steep, farming field, it is unfortunately unsuitable for those with accessibility needs.

This is a limited, weather-dependent offering, shaped by the seasons and the natural rhythm of the land. At times, the meadow may be resting, grazed by cattle, or used for silage making - and sessions will pause accordingly.
