🌿 Session 1: Chakra Balancing Ceremony (30 mins)
Your introduction to energy healing.
A gentle ceremony that opens the body’s energetic centres and often stirs long-held emotions to the surface—grief, exhaustion, or a long exhale that’s been waiting.
This is the clearing.
The unravelling begins here.
🌿 Session 2: Chakra Healing Ceremony (1 hour)
With deeper awareness, we focus intentionally on what your energy reveals. Using my intuitive guidance and chakra reading, we work with specific blockages—emotional wounds, ancestral imprints, or stuck patterns—supporting you to soften, release, and shift.
This is the heart of the healing.
🌿 Session 3: Integration Ceremony (30 mins)
A gentle landing space. We reflect, ground and honour the shifts you've made. To gently weave the shifts back into your body and daily life.This session roots your essence and weaves it back into daily life.
This is the remembering.
