Choosing a word to guide me throughout the upcoming year has been a staple in my spiritual practice for almost a decade. As a descriptive and poetic writer, I hold a deep reverence for words and know firsthand how powerful they can be in shaping our mindset and honing our potential.

We all need a guiding hand from time to time as we listen inward and set the course of our becoming. In this Offering, I work with Reiki as it moves through the current season of winter, holding you in deep relaxation so that your intuitive knowing can rise more easily to the surface - inviting you to explore your word of the year and begin building the pathway to your own unfolding.
