Choosing a word to guide me throughout the upcoming year has been a staple in my spiritual practice for almost a decade. As a descriptive and poetic writer, I hold a deep reverence for words and know firsthand how powerful they can be in shaping our mindset and honing our potential.
We all need a guiding hand from time to time as we listen inward and set the course of our becoming. In this Offering, I work with Reiki as it moves through the current season of winter, holding you in deep relaxation so that your intuitive knowing can rise more easily to the surface - inviting you to explore your word of the year and begin building the pathway to your own unfolding.
Seasonal Word of the Year Reflections
Your word of the year doesn't end with your initial Reiki session. As the seasons unfold, so too can your understanding of the word you've chosen to guide you.
Throughout the year, you can revisit your word by adding 15 minutes of reflective conversation to any Reiki Offering of your choosing for an additional £5.
Together, we'll explore how your word has been guiding you, what it means to you in the current season, and how you might continue to weave its wisdom into your everyday life.
Held in the Elements Room at the Yoga House
in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.
Winter Offering
Ends 28th February.
