About the event
We’ll meet in the Yoga Studio at the Yoga House, Llanelli at 6:20pm on Friday October 30th,
giving everyone time to arrive, settle in, and get comfortable before we begin.
If this is your first Sound Bath, please be aware that Sound Baths are not recommended for
anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, those with a serious mental health condition or epilepsy.
The gathering will begin with a guided meditative story inspired by nature and Jemma's innate
Wild Woman wisdom. Through poetic imagery and sensory cues, you'll be invited into deeper presence
